确保自己在使用ChatGPT生成内容的过程中符合平台规定，避免包含政治、暴力、色情等敏感话题，从而降低被封禁的风险。

不从非官方渠道购买账号（大家以后用其他AIGC工具的时候也要注意，想想前段时间的Midjourney)

使用魔法的时候，切换成为全局代理后再访问ChatGPT，不反复更换节点，不选择不提供服务的地区节点（比如意大利、日韩等，韩国这个是我在使用的时候发现的，很容易出现Access denied的提示，新加坡没问题）。

减少一个小时内的提问次数，我最近再使用的时候，几乎每天下午3-4点的时候，都会出现“too many questions in an hour”的提示，导致我一个小时之内用不了，大家还是注意下提问次数，降低封号风险。

有人提议，近期不要调用API Key，至少等到复活节以后再调用（4月10日以后）
